Now in the game you can go to settings > file management scroll to rosters and load in the new file there.
This decrypted file will have a txt file saying its been decrypted if this is successful can now be placed in the RPCS3 folder with your savedata in it.
It will ask you to encrypt them but again this is not necessary for the emulator. When they are decrypted the box on the bottom right of the program will go green. Press the "Decrypt PFD" button and click decrypt all files. It will prompt you for configuration but ignore this as it is only necessary for real ps3s. (note this file should be moved to the desktop. Put this BLU31159-ROSTER-_ folder in the Bruteforce Save Data folder. It will look something like this: BLU31159-ROSTER-_ (it may be in a folder PS3 > Save Data) Once you have these things find the roster file in the downloaded folder.
